Will I get a map of the completed survey?

The short answer is yes; every survey we prepare includes a full-sized map of the property/area surveyed. There is no extra fee associated with preparing the map since, as with the setting of property corners, we believe it is an essential and integral part of the survey process.

Now that we are in the digital age, the majority of our survey maps are transmitted electronically as a PDF bearing the seal and signature of the licensed professional. We also offer to those clients who want or need it, a paper copy of the survey at no additional cost. The only times a client may be charged for printing a map are when they need to submit multiple copies to a regulatory agency or when they need the mapping placed on a special material called mylar for filing on the municipal land records.
